At EVHybridNoire, our work ranges from advising on policy to messaging campaigns to expert research on the lived experiences of communities experiencing mobility gaps across the United States.

We advise on best practices for e-mobility policy with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion; our research and data repository is the first of its kind, and our grassroots work amplifies the voices of community members so they can advocate for solutions adequate to their unique needs and priorities.
